Officer Espino and her family recently suffered the unexpected loss of her husband, Victor Pereyra, on April 14, 2023. They were high school sweethearts who created a beautiful life together. They have three children, Isela (16), Moises (13), and Isaias (8). One can only imagine the stresses and the financial burden a sudden death leaves a family amongst having to adjust and navigate a life without a husband and a father.
